Do I have to pay to get into Christmas in Leicester Square?

No! There is no admission fee to enter and look around the market. La Clique is ticketed and may get fully booked during peak times, so we recommend that you book in advance on the website where possible.

What are the opening times?

12pm (midday) to 10pm, Monday - Friday

10am to 10pm, Saturday & Sunday


Do you allow photography and filming?

Photography and filming on-site is only allowed for personal use. If you have any commercial or editorial photography or filming requests, please contact our press office to request accreditation in advance of arriving at: press@underbelly.co.uk 

All amateur photographer groups must also request photography accreditation before arriving on-site. We thank you for your co-operation.    

How do I purchase a ticket?

We recommend that you buy tickets in advance from the Christmas in Leicester Square website for our shows, so you don't miss out! Please note a booking fee will apply. Tickets can also be purchased on the day from the Box Office 

Can I exchange my tickets?

Tickets are non-exchangeable, non-transferrable and non-refundable.


What do you class as a concession?

Concessions are available to under 16s, over 60s or students with a valid ID.

Customers with additional/specific access requirements are usually eligible for a free companion ticket when purchasing for Underbelly's events. These can always be booked over the phone. Please call the box office directly on  03333 444 167.


How do I receive my tickets?

All of our tickets are issued as E-tickets. If you haven’t received your ticket please check your spam folder, and then contact our box office team on -  03333 444 167 or at boxoffice@undereblly.co.uk

Do you offer any discount for group bookings?

Can I bring my dog?

Yes! Dogs are permitted, but must be on a leash and controlled at ALL TIMES. Please Note: Leicester Square may be very busy, especially at weekends, and may not be a suitable environment for dogs.

What toilet facilities are at Christmas in Leicester Square?

Female, male and gender-neutral toilet facilities are located on site. There is an accessible toilet located within these toilet compounds.

How accessible is the site for people with mobility issues?

Underbelly understands disability within the Social Model. This means we are committed to making our festivals accessible to everyone and to creating equal experiences for all people.

What bag can I bring with me?

You can bring a bag with you, all bags are searched on site for security reasons. 

What security measures are in place?

To ensure your safety, we have SIA accredited security onsite at all times, at the entrances and patrolling throughout the site.
We have a comprehensive CCTV system in place, and bag searches in operation on entry to the site.
Please keep your personal belongings with you at all times. Security will be called to deal with unattended items and they may be removed. 

What is your sustainability policy?

Visitors are strongly encouraged to travel to Christmas in Leicester Square on foot, bike or by public transport.

Christmas in Leicester Square will provide suitable facilities for visitors, traders and operators to recycle their waste and all site waste will be sorted off site to divide out recyclable and non-recyclable materials. Power, lighting and water usage is minimised wherever possible.

Traders and operators will be encouraged to procure products from sustainable sources where possible.

Christmas in Leicester Square uses local staff and crew where possible and encourages traders and operators to do the same.


How do we get to Christmas in Leicester Square?

Christmas in Leicester Square is located in the centre of Leicester Square! 

Tube: The nearest tube stations are Leicester Square (Northern and Piccadilly lines), Piccadilly Circus (Bakerloo and Piccadilly lines), and Charing Cross (Bakerloo and Piccadilly lines).

What can be booked in advance?

You can buy tickets in advance for La Clique and our family shows. On peak days these may sell out well in advance, so advance ticket purchase is recommended. Please remember tickets are not exchangeable and non-refundable.

Are there age restrictions for accessing the site?

Whilst the site is suitable for children of all ages, we would suggest that children are accompanied at all times by a person of 16 years or over.
Children (under 16’s) must be accompanied by an adult after 7pm.
Young persons (16 and 17 year olds) must be accompanied by an adult after 9pm.

Is there a cloakroom?

We do not currently provide a cloakroom service.
